As Founder & Advisor of the company, Brady is responsible for leading Concierge Auctions and its aggressive growth. She drove the firm to more than one billion dollars in sales in just over a decade along with breaking world records for the highest-priced homes ever achieved at auction. Brady has been profiled by CNBC Money, Bloomberg, The Today Show, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, among others. Today, under Brady’s leadership, Concierge Auctions is active in 46 U.S. states and 32 countries/territories. Brady’s immense knowledge of high-net-worth clientele and expert insight into the luxury real estate market led her to be named “One of the 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate” by Inman News for the past seven years and resulted in multiple placements on Inc. Magazine’s list of the fastest-growing companies in America. In November 2021, Concierge Auctions was acquired by Sotheby’s, the world’s premier destination for fine art and luxury goods, and Realogy Holdings Corp., the largest full-service residential real estate services company in the United States, holding a joint 80 percent ownership stake. Sotheby's Concierge Auctions continues to operate independently, partnering with real estate agents affiliated with many of the industry's leading brokerages to host luxury auctions for clients. A mother of three, Brady is also deeply involved in philanthropic work. She spearheads Sotheby's Concierge Auctions’ Key for KeyTM initiative in partnership with real estate social good platform, Giveback Homes, whereby each home sold by Sotheby's Concierge Auctions results in a new home built for a family in need. A proud resident of Austin, Texas, Brady also values local community service efforts, which include working with YPO, Texas Exes, Chamber of Commerce, Lake Hills Church and MentorTex, a charitable organization that mentors to other females in business.
