As the CRO of Concierge Auctions, Nick Leonard is a dynamic executive with extensive experience in growth strategy and business development. As the first full-time hire at Concierge Auctions in 2009, Nick played a formative role in disrupting the high-end, non-distressed real estate sales market, ascending through various sales positions, helping to build and scale the organization from the ground up, to ultimately serve as Chief Revenue Officer. In this capacity, he oversees more than 50 members of the team across the world on both buy- and sell-side operations.
Well-versed throughout all aspects of the business, Nick brings experience in sales management, project management, and negotiation. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to develop robust revenue streams, new channels, identifying and building strategic alliances with external partners and third parties, expanding market penetration, and developing trusted advisor relationships. Nick's strategic initiatives have included forging key partnerships, enhancing products, implementing process improvements, revising fee structures, and expanding into new markets—all contributing to double-digit year-over-year revenue growth and the successful majority acquisition of Sotheby's and Anywhere (HOUS) in 2021.
A former soccer player and graduate of Cornell University, Nick's competitive drive and team-oriented approach have been fundamental to his success in building and leading high-performing teams across global markets.
