What is your real estate marketing strategy?

At Sotheby’s, we have incredible marketing geared for the highest-net-worth buyers in the world. Known for stunning coffee table book photography and videography that brings an emotional quotient to a property, Sotheby’s will soon use commercials to bring real estate into the mainstream. I use these tools to strategically target markets that bring luxury buyers to Las Vegas.

What is your greatest success story with Concierge Auctions? 

I do not have just one. The service Concierge Auctions provides is incredible. As the economy changes, sometimes it is a buyer’s market and sometimes it is a seller’s market, but with Concierge Auctions I can shift it into a seller’s market every time.
