We have reached a monumental milestone. Our journey started in 2008, when we foresaw the pending market decline and identified the limitations for selling high-end homes, and the industry’s need for a solution. We built a platform that is a win-win-win for buyers, sellers, and agents. This month, we are excited to announce that we have sold and closed over $1 billion in high-end properties and have grown on a global scale, active in 32 states and 14 countries. We are officially members of the exclusive “Three Comma Club.”

We couldn’t be more thrilled to have exceeded $1 billion in historic sales, nearly a quarter of which has been achieved in the past year alone. Our consistent growth and success is proof of the industry’s need and acceptance of our process for the efficient purchase and sale of high-end real estate. In this rare air of ultra-luxury real estate, the buyer pool is limited. Properties simply aren’t very liquid, even in healthy market conditions. Our platform is ideal for selling one-of-a-kind, incomparable properties and is a win-win-win solution for buyers, sellers and agents.

It has also been rewarding to continue to deepen our relationships within the real estate community. One of our key tenants when we founded Concierge was giving control back to agents and their clients. That is why, to date, we have never auctioned a property without a broker partner, and we protect commissions on both sides of the transaction. The results are simply better through our collaboration with the brokerage community.

We want to express a special thank you to all of our buyers, sellers, agent partners, and friends that have made this milestone possible. We look forward to deepening and growing these relationships to achieve more historic milestones in the future.
