Billy Nash and Concierge Auctions are currently collaborating on the auction of the 20,653-square-foot Fort Lauderdale estate owned by the late Wayne Huizenga. Nash and Concierge Auctions also partnered on the sale of one of the most desirable compounds in Key Biscayne, Florida. Within 36 days the home was sold for $20.5 million. This was the highest price in the area seen in four years.
