Michelle DiMarco gained an independent spirit at an early age. Born and raised in New Port Richey, Florida, by a single mother from Cuba, she was taught to appreciate her Cuban heritage and fearlessly follow her dreams until success. She’ll proudly tell you, “I know Florida like the back of my hand.” DiMarco graduated with a degree in Intercultural Communications from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She discovered her passion for travel while completing a study abroad program in Ghana, Africa, and a Creative Enterprise Ownership program at The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. While these global adventures expanded DiMarco’s horizons, they also renewed her love for her home state of Florida. She took a leap of faith and launched Lilac And Lilies, a fashion boutique in Fort Lauderdale. For over a decade, DiMarco grew the brand into a shopping destination for Floridian fashionistas. DiMarco’s continued dedication to her community drew her into the real estate world. Communication and empowerment are cornerstones of her client relationships. “The key to finding someone’s dream home is listening to their wants and needs. Understanding my clients as people allows me to get to the heart of what they’re looking for.” Her extensive knowledge of South Florida geography can assist you in finding the perfect place to call home— as well as plenty of local hangouts to enjoy in your new neighborhood. DiMarco is also a devoted volunteer and philanthropist. She’s earned nominations for the 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County for three years in a row and is a recipient of The Glammy Award for her community activism benefiting breast cancer research. She is active on The Humane Society of Broward County board and regularly volunteers for Kids in Distress. Throughout her career, DiMarco has been featured in WWD, New York Post, Forbes, CBS, NBC, Sun Sentinel, Boca Life, the Miami Herald, and more. She currently lives in Miami with her King Charles Cavalier puppy, Lily. She enjoys living a healthy lifestyle of mind, body, and spirit— which makes DiMarco the successful, well-rounded businesswoman that she is today.
